Return Policy

At Gadget Villas, we strive to deliver quality products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to request a return.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The package being opened

    • The product condition at the time of opening

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective

  • Used or tampered items

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order details, issue, and unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify and approve the request

  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

5. Refund / Replacement

  • After inspection, we will offer either:

    • Replacement of the product, or

    • Refund (if replacement is not available)

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
